Covid-19 Update

As we are entering another lockdown for the month of November, we would like to reassure all our clients that the Cherry Tree team will still be here to support you and your pets.

As with all other Practices we will be following the guidance of our Veterinary Governing bodies. Following these guidelines, we will be unable to provide any routine/ non-essential appointments. This will include annual boosters, nail clips, flea/worm checks and neutering.

To make sure we support our current clients with the service and professionalism you expect we unfortunately will not be able to take on new clients for this period.  If you wish to be added to our waiting list, please kindly email reception@cherrytreevets.com.

When an appointment is necessary, we kindly ask that you remain outside the Practice and our lovely team will assist you outside or from your vehicle.  We will also be providing telephone and video consults for anyone that would prefer not to visit us in person.

As I’m sure you will understand this is once again a trying time for everyone and some of our services may take longer than we would normally provide and we kindly ask you remain patient with our staff.
