Leigh Merrifield

Since a young age I have always had a passion for helping animals and have spent the past 10 years working towards this. I have worked in various areas, including wildlife, exotics, pet care and now veterinary nursing. I qualified as a veterinary nurse in January 2018, I find the job so interesting and rewarding.

Originally from South Africa, I have lived in different places throughout my life so far. I currently live with my partner and our 2 gorgeous cats, Milo and Ariel. In my spare time I enjoy walking in the countryside, photography and travelling to new places.

Each day as a veterinary nurse is completely different and you can never be sure what you will see next. I love being able to help our patients and owners. I look forward to meeting you.
